For all of you that always comment about how...
For all of you that always comment about how "perfect" I am or what flawless skin I have, you can see that clearly no one is perfect (especially not me). I take great care of my skin but this always happens during my time of month. Not to mention my messy brows (overdue to see @kelleybakerbrows) & my hyper pigmentation. Things like this are unavoidable but thank goodness for makeup & laughter! If we were all "perfect" life would be boring & who has time for that? Not me! Instead of picking ourselves apart with things that are we think are "wrong" with us- focus on what sets you apart from everyone else. I guarantee it's the one thing that everyone else knows loves you. #effyourbeautystandards

Such powerful words from two amazing women I've never had the pleasure of meeting. I can't even begin to wrap my head around how a woman like me has been able to impact their lives in such a positive way, but I'm so grateful that I have. I know I always try to be the best version of myself that I can, but often fail. However, I will never stop trying through my work, actions, & my #effyourbeautystandards movement.
